Hickory Smoked Chopped Pork BBQ that has smoked for 15 hours. We do not use rubs or sauces during the cooking process.

Broasted Chicken

We serve genuine Broasted Chicken that is marinated, breaded and cooked in peanut oil in a pressure fryer. This makes the chicken juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside. It's fried chicken but so much better!
